“Franklin type” simple lightning rods
“Franklin type” simple rod are cone-shaped and feature a perfectly tapered, aesthetically pleasing tip. Made of stainless steel, they offer excellent resistance and durability against harsh weather conditions.
Their standard length is 2.30 metres, but this can be significantly extended up to 6.30 metres in height by adding stainless steel extension masts from the FRANKLIN FRANCE range, allowing flexible adaptation to a variety of installation needs.
Here are the different height options available :
– Height of 2.30 metres : stainless steel mast (reference AFA2011PF)
– Height of 4.30 metres : stainless steel mast (reference AFA4011PF)
– Height of 6.30 metres : stainless steel mast (reference AFA6011PF)
‘Franklin type’ simple lightning rod points can be securely mounted using fixings from the Franklin range, which include tripods, offset brackets, and cross fixings. These mounting options ensure a stable and reliable installation on various types of structures and terrains, providing optimal protection against lightning.
“Industrial chimney” model :
This model only exists in stainless steel version. The points are bent to keep them out of fumes and corrosive vapors. They are generally used in quantities of two or more, depending on the diameter of the stack.
