These masts are designed for a lightning protection installation type «tight strand » (protection of passive type to avoid the increase of the natural capture area of the building).

The number and height of the tight strands should be chosen according to the fictive sphere method as defined in the NF EN 62305-3 standard, according to a radius in compliance with the level of protection to obtain.

Each mast in stainless steel is designed for raising the tight strand until a height of 3 meters.

The mast in polyamide allows to raise the tight strand and is mainly used as temporary mast on big lengths.
